This new technology SLC block seems to be quite a bit unique to what we’ve witnessed to the M1. The SRAM mobile areas glimpse to get bigger than that with the M1, so while we can’t exactly ensure this today, it could signify that each SLC block has 16MB of cache in it – with the M1 Pro that may suggest 32MB of total SLC cache.MacRumors draws
